How We Build Websites

Delaware Design’s approach is grounded on professional substance and client interaction. We design beautiful websites that are both user and search engine friendly. We also provide full-featured and easy to use content management systems.

Our Sales Process

  1. To receive a quote, we ask that you please complete our online quote form.
  2. We will then call or email you to setup an in-person meeting to discuss your project and goals.
  3. After meeting with you in person (or discussing your project over the phone), we will prepare a custom proposal and deliver it to you.
  4. The Proposal will have a Recommended bundle of design and marketing services based on our meeting and discussion, but the proposal will be transparent so that you can add/remove services as you see fit.
  5. Upon signing our agreement and paying the necessary deposit, Our Design Process will begin.

Our Web Site Design Process

1. Conceptualizing & Planning – Based on our meetings with you, we will prepare a sitemap of your website so that we know exactly how the site will be organized.  We will also send you a questionnaire that helps us with our design.

2. Modeling & Layout – Before we send you dazzling pictures of your web site design, we’ll want do know exactly what type of layout you like.

3. Design Mockup & Selection – During this process, the client will select the color, style, fonts and finalize the look of the web site and its pages. We typically offer unlimited revisions during this process so that you get exactly the look you want out of your website.

4. Coding & Content Writing – Once we’ve settled on a look, we will begin coding all of the website’s pages and prepare the site for launch. During this process we will also create or collect all the necessary content (text, pictures etc.) for the web site.

5. Testing & Optimization – Once all of the pages and content is approved, we will go about installing analytics, testing, and optimizing your site for search engines.

6. Launch – Your site goes live and your customers rejoice.
