
Today, we upgraded our client portal and help desk to User Voice. The old client portal was getting heavily spammed and was overpriced especially when we saw the sleek look of User Voice and it’s huge list of features. I also really like that the sign-in is compatible with Facebook, Gmail, and a few other APIs. That way you don’t have to worry about creating your own login just for our website.
